With our commercial grade cleaning products, we make sure to completely remove all dirt and grime from the last guest and let the next guest feel at ease knowing they are in a clean space.

Guests need check in instructions sent, and often times have questions related to tech in the home, or where things are. We answer all messages from your guests and provide specific check in instructions. Our account management team overseas your properties and makes sure to never miss a booking from a potential guest!

Pressure washing is an often time overlooked, but much needed service of vacation rental homes. With the build up of dirt, spider webs, etc. it's important to spray it all away. We recommend a monthly service, covering the house and any other areas that may need taken care. Our special chemicals not only wash the grime away, but keep your home clean.

Lawn care is one of the first things your guests will see. Nothing beats a properly edged sidewalk as they walk into your beautiful property, ready to relax for a weekend away. We take care of all lawn maintenance as well as snow removal through the midwest winters! 

Guests can make mistakes. We've had broken dishes, burns on the vanity top, etc. We contract with trusted local pros that can fix any project big or small, at a discounted rate! Don't worry about running to the house to patch a wall or fix a pipe, we've got you covered.

Oftentimes guests are renting our homes to celebrate a special occasion. We offer a wide variety of custom gift baskets to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc. A small gesture that leaves a lifelong impact on your guests.

This is our fun little side business. We offer kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes for surrounding communities, and offer a 10% discount to the guests who's hosts use our management company. Perfect for the summer months, running down beautiful WI & MN rivers, or being lazy around the thousand lakes.  

This department focuses solely on your property, and are trained to look for upcoming maintenance or needs of your home. We review the last months bookings, reviews, and provide a thorough walk through of the home to see what can be improved. We can take a deep dive into these reports with you, or simply shoot them over in an email. But we believe transparency and reflection is a perfect way to grow your rental to it's maximum potential!
